"Rebirth" is a deeply symbolic piece created during a time of emotional turbulence and reflection. The central figure: A translucent glass hand reaching upward - embodies feelings of fragility, disconnection, and the quiet resilience that emerges in moments of uncertainty. Suspended in its path is a radiant star: a fixed point of light, a personal North Star, a symbol of direction, purpose, and hope.

The hand, rendered in a transparent material, speaks to the sense of becoming untethered - almost invisible, yet still grounded in the act of reaching, of choosing to move forward. The purple atmosphere surrounding the scene represents transition, healing, and spiritual clarity. Traditionally associated with rebirth and renewal, it became the palette through which I visualised the concept of beginning again.

This work is as much about recovery as it is about potential. The star is intentionally open to interpretation: it might represent art, ambition, love, or simply the next version of yourself waiting to emerge. Whether the hand is yours, mine, or someone else’s is left unsaid, because we all, at different times, find ourselves reaching for something unseen, something better.
