This conceptual 3D animation explores themes of mental health, emotional detachment, and recovery. Inspired by personal experience and the works of Francis Bacon and James Turrell, I created immersive abstract environments in Blender to visualise internal states like stress, dissociation, and calm.

A metal-and-glass figure interacts with stress-like particles and slowly transforms; symbolising the journey toward mindfulness. Through volumetric lighting, color-coded emotion, and procedural animation, this piece combines technical rigour with introspective storytelling.
